This session will explore how emotional intelligence is impacting the public via the media. Public and media interest in reading emotions in others, and behaviour analysis (BA), is catching on with the groundswell of interest from businesses and government agencies who are no longer seeing EI as a’soft-skill’.

The three Experts (Dawn, Kerry and Cliff) from WarnerBros/Discovery ‘Fakingit – Tears of a Crime’ will take the stage with the Producer, Steve Anderson (Shearwater Media), joined by Susan Constantina who does similar work in the US with high profile crime cases.
